0029 Wimbledon

Assuming these photographs on colour transparency are taken at Wimbledon tennis tournament. High light levels and all the motion combine to make it tricky to shoot on these older film stocks. Today we take so much for granted with digital photography, it’s almost free in comparison and instant results make it easier to experiment.

Most of these images in these reports have been re-shot with a phone camera looking over the films on a light box with all the dust and scratches on the packs. The actual films themselves are in great condition and there are a lot more images of players and games to review so please come see for your self before long. The collection is being sorted at Limehouse Town Hall on Thursdays by a small group of Yoshi’s friends, please get in touch to arrange a visit.
